YourWindows Inc. is a broker of high-quality vinyl windows and doors. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the United States. This position is responsible for executing a profitable growth strategy with our new clients.
Under the direction of YourWindows Inc., the Sales Manager will execute the sales plan and monitor forecasts for their area of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing a network of new clients to ensure continuous growth.
Negotiating and finalizing contracts, and making regular visits to clients and potential clients.
Managing the execution of signed contracts, payment terms, potential complaints, and customer satisfaction.
Building close relationships with clients.
Maintaining constant awareness of competitors, their capabilities, pricing, and sales and marketing strategies.
Supporting forecasts and providing information for management and planning.
Commitment to sales and the work performed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the window joinery sales environment.
Technical competence to effectively promote the services, quality, and advantages of PVC profile systems.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of clients, potential clients, company employees, and others.
Strong Excel skills.
Preferred residence: Southeastern, Midwestern, or Northeastern USA.
