We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our commercial window estimation process and project management from start through fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the glass sub-contracting industry, combined with strong analytical and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop positive working relationships with General Contractors and suppliers;
• Solicit and filter bid invitations based on our business strategy and capacity;
• Develop and train junior estimators; review and refine proposals to ensure they are accurate, competitive, and profitable;
• Use and improve standard workflows to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency in the bidding and job planning process;
• Followup on proposals to improve job win rates;
• Analyze job performance from verbal feedback and metrics to learn and improve future work;
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams;
