ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for cultivating relationships with the largest door company in the US.  This role will demonstrate sales to network with major companies within the Windows & Doors industry to sell our product under their brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling and knowledge of fiberglass doors and building materials, and be extremely autonomous.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Close the deal with a major door company in the US to supply Doorco Korea Ltd.’s fiberglass door.
• Nationwide sales management to dealers, distributors.
• Manage activities to meet/exceed OEM sales plans.
• Owns existing customer relationships but spends the majority of time cultivating new relationships with key distributors, dealers, and builders within specific areas.

• Develop broad and deep relationships through face-to-face contact with key customer accounts.
• Maintain competitive knowledge of window and door manufacturers.
• Assist in developing pricing strategy based on competitive knowledge and customer value proposition.
• Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
• Acquire thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Proactively and effectively assist in resolving service issues in partnership.

• Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a current database of customers and prospects.
• Attend trade shows as necessary.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Basic qualification:

• Over five years of working experience doing similar work with the largest door company or manufacturer or distributor.
• Owns relationship with major door company
• Highly knowledgeable about fiberglass door
• Direct sales experience in building products industry
• Experience calling on distributors, dealers, builders and/or contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication skills – written, one-on-one, and presentations.

Preferred qualification:

• Experience with working at fiberglass door company
