Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and represent ArtVue Glass's extensive product range with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the architectural and design community.
• Product Presentation: Showcase our wide range of decorative glass products, to assist clients in selecting the best fit for their projects.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Analysis: Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
• Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to the product development and design teams to inform future product enhancements.
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the architectural or interior design sectors.
• Knowledgeable about decorative glass products and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
• Adept at using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
