Summary
In Bay County Florida since 1988, we are a family-owned business leading the way in superior coastal products in and around the Gulf Coast of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Our business has experienced explosive growth, and we’re looking for an experienced leader to manage and grow our window and door service department. Our goal is exceeding our customers’ expectations while growing our business and opportunities. We are a retailer of multiple quality window and door brands, and offer limited service, parts replacement, and warranty work on those brands.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for exceeding customer expectations while growing our service business
- Fielding initial customer service calls and emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling service jobs and technicians
- Performing assessments and diagnostics remotely and on-site
- Overseeing and tracking customer issues, and our solutions
- Maintaining service part inventory for warehouse and service vans
- Assisting with order entry, customer invoicing, and warranty claim work
- Proficiency in window and door maintenance, service, & repair knowledge
- Improving and streamlining service department processes
- Ensuring profitability in customer and warranty work
- Ensuring all vendor warranty work claims are submitted
- Professionally communicate installation issues to architects, builders, and homeowners
- Hiring and training staff in the service department
- Maintaining order accuracy and tracking backorders
- Aiming for first visit issue resolution, and always having the tools and parts that allow for it
- Ensures vehicle maintenance and appearance
- Ensures organized and clean inventory, warehouse, and work area

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year based on experience and applicant skills

Schedule
- Full time 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS!

Experience
- Window & Door Maintenance, Service, & Repair - 3+ years (Required)
- Window & Door Service Department Management (Preferred)
- Andersen windows, PGT windows, Viwinco windows, ThermaTru doors, Neuma doors, DSA Doors, Windoor, & Emtek Hardware experience (Preferred) but will train
- Project Management (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office & Google Docs (Preferred)
- QuickBooks (Preferred)
- Preventative Maintenance program for windows and doors experience (Preferred)
- Window and Door installation experience (Preferred)
