The expectations of this senior leadership position are to effectively/efficiently manage the Plant’s overall manufacturing. This position requires cooperation, arbitration, organizing and flexibility of daily activities of the plant floor.  Overseeing, aligning and managing work cell supervisors (middle floor management team), organizing resources, making fluid adjustments to meet each day’s demand volatility. Encourage coordination with front office Sales & CSR group on Customer commitments around capabilities and capacity production schedules.

A key goal for this position is leading manufacturing team to meet each work cells required fabrication activities, to accomplish production goals and expediting activity to meeting On-Time, Ship Plan dates. This role is expected to assist in advising on raw material inventories.  Plant Mgr. position also requires cooperative efforts with Executive leadership for managing plant safely at all times, participation in Maintenance and Cap-X planning.  This role expects behaviors and activities to help control costs, boost quality and optimize efficiencies where possible. It is expected this person have a positive Teamwork attitude, with integrity, courtesy and safely perform daily for the best Company results.

1. Preferred minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant production management.
2. Computer skills, familiarity with ERP’s, Excel, Data, managing to KPI's & Dashboards
3. Proficient in production leadership, managing issues, schedules in a manufacturing floor environment.
4. Must be very dependable, ability to mentor, coach, influence/lead others, respectful verbal skills, excellent demeanor.
5. Ability to work with limited supervision; Leads by example to Company’s Safety program
